Golden Rules

Welcome to NZBs.in! These rules exist to protect our community and ensure everything runs smoothly. Please follow them carefully—breaking them has consequences.

All rules apply equally to every user.

1. Keep Us Private

• Do not talk about NZBs.in anywhere online.
  • This includes forums, social media, screenshots, logs, and private messages.
  • Avoid using terms like the indexer that shouldn’t be named or unnamed #1, #2.
• Respect our privacy—your discretion helps keep the community alive.

2. One Account Per Person

• One account per person for life.

  • Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being banned.
  • If your account is banned and you create another, it will also be banned, and your inviter may face penalties.
  • Sharing your account is strictly forbidden and will lead to a ban.

  If you purchased an invite or account

  Voluntarily coming forward may give you a chance to keep your account. If you’re caught later, no chances will be given.

3. No Selling, Sharing or Buying

• Do not sell our content or use it for personal monetary gain.
• Do not share NZB files downloaded from the site. This will result in a ban.

4. Inactivity

• If you do not log in for 90 days, your account will be automatically disabled.
• API/RSS requests don't count as activitiy

Accounts disabled due to inactivity are not guaranteed to be re-enabled.

5. VPN/Proxies

• Public (free) proxies and VPNs are not allowed to access the site, API, or RSS feeds.
• If you wish to use a private VPN, proxy, seedbox, VPS, or dedicated server (e.g., Mullvad, ProtonVPN, WhatBox, Hetzner, OVH, etc.), you must register your usage via Profile > Settings > VPN Usage Registration before connecting.
• 2FA is required for all accounts using a VPN, proxy, or similar service.

Using unapproved methods may work temporarily, but if caught, your account will be banned.

6. Account Security

• Do not share your account details, including passwords, API keys, or RSS tokens, on other platforms.
• Sharing .NZB files or your API key will result in your account being disabled.

Your account security is your responsibility.

Use a secure, unique password. Accounts compromised due to negligence will result in a permanent ban.

7. Stay Calm During Downtime

• If the site is down, don’t panic or spread rumors.
• Check our IRC channel for real-time updates:

8. Scraping is Forbidden

• Mass downloads of NZB files (e.g., all files in a category or feed) are not allowed.
• Scraping will result in immediate account termination.
