How to Add NZBs.in to Prowlarr

Follow these steps to integrate NZBs.in with Prowlarr for seamless NZB management.

Steps to Set Up NZBs.in in Prowlarr

1. Open Prowlarr
   Launch your Prowlarr application in your web browser.

2. Navigate to Indexers
   In the Prowlarr interface, click on Indexers in the left sidebar.

3. Click Add Indexer
   On the Indexers page, click the Add Indexer button at the top-right.
   

4. Select the Generic NZB Indexer

   • In the Search Indexer field, type Generic and select it.
   • In the Protocol dropdown, select NZB.
     

5. Enter Indexer Details

   • Name: Enter a name, such as NZBs.in.
   • Redirect Checkbox: Check the Redirect option to prevent your API access from being suspended.

Make sure to check the Redirect checkbox. This is essential to comply with NZBs.in’s API usage policy and to prevent your API access from being suspended.

6. Configure URL and API Key

   • URL: Enter https://nzbs.in.
   • API Key: Copy your API key from your NZBs.in profile and paste it into the field.
     

7. Open Advanced Settings
   Scroll down and click the cogwheel icon to toggle Advanced Settings.

8. Set Query and Grab Limits

   • Query Limit: Set a limit slightly below your daily API allowance (e.g., if your limit is 500, set 450).
   • Grab Limit: Use a similar approach to avoid exceeding your limits.

9. Test and Save

   • Click Test to verify the configuration.
   • If the test succeeds, click Save to finalize the setup.
