  • How do I sign up? NZBs.in is invite-only. You’ll need an invitation from an existing member to join.

  • Can I buy an invite or account? No. Selling or buying accounts or invites is against our rules. If you paid for access, please contact us.

Account Management

  • How do I reset my password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password.

  • Can I share my account with someone else? No. Sharing accounts or API keys is not allowed and may result in a ban.

  • How do I enable 2FA? Go to your profile settings and follow the instructions to enable Two-Factor Authentication.

Usage and Limits

  • What is the daily API request limit? Each account is allowed 1,000 API requests per day. Exceeding this limit will disable your API access.

  • How do I use NZBs.in with automation tools? Refer to our setup guides for detailed instructions on integrating with tools like Sonarr and Radarr.

  • Can I use a VPN? VPNs are allowed if you follow the following rules. Refer to the Golden Rules for details.

Troubleshooting

  • Why is the site down? Downtime is rare. Check our IRC channel (irc.rizon.net +6697 SSL) for updates.

  • Why is my API disabled? Likely due to abuse or exceeding limits. Review your API usage and adjust polling intervals.

  • I’m seeing a "Your IP has been banned" message. What do I do? Ensure you're not behind a problematic VPN or making multiple simultaneous connections.

Invites

  • How do I check if I have invites available? Visit your profile page. If you have invites, you'll see an option to send them.

  • What happens if my invite isn't used? Unused invites expire after 7 days and return to your account.
